INGREDIENTS
  • 6 slices bacon, sliced
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 bunches turnip, mustard, or collard greens, thick stems discarded and leaves chopped
  • 8 c. chicken stock
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
